I first met Karen 7 years ago. She worked at the dry cleaners that I frequented – always pleasant, cheerful and helpful. I cannot remember a day that she did not put customer service first.One year into my knowing her, she told me that she had a pet sitting business on the side. I was grateful to find that out because I had been looking for a sitter for our baby German Shepard, Darth. I decided to give Karen a chance, starting with short outings. She was always reliable, prompt, and Darth took to her immediately. Animals love her and she has a genuine love for them. If medicines have to be administered, she will pay due diligence. Also, if your animal needs to go to the vet for some unforeseen reason she will take them, keeping you appraised from beginning to end. The first thing I noticed after taking a long trip away from Darth was that upon returning, the house was immaculate and Darth was so happy. To this day, he races to see her. We can't imagine life without Karen. Oh, by the way, our daughter got a 3-year-old rescue dog Homer. He was most probably abused by a male. He's also cautious with women. BUT not with Karen…he ran right to her and loves seeing her. Now, what does that tell you?"
